At Sideways, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your next adventure. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the sports gear you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the equipment is unused and in its original condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange once it reaches our warehouse.
